Shipping Information

◆Processing Time:  The amount of time I need to make or prepare your order prior to shipping. This ranges from 5 business days to 5 weeks, depending on the item. Please check the individual product listing details for processing time. If you are purchasing multiple items, your order will be shipped together, when ready.

◆Domestic Orders:  Orders are shipped via UPS Ground. If you would like a faster shipping method, please reach out & I’ll get you a quote. You will receive an email once your order has shipped that includes tracking information. After your order has left my hands, I cannot assume responsibility for shipping delays or missing parcels.

◆International Orders: Please contact me for a quote!

◆Insurance: UPS Ground includes $100 worth of insurance. If you would like your package to be insured for more than $100, please contact me for a quote. Every order over $200 will receive complimentary shipping with insurance- please use code FreeShip at chekout. If you would like to sign for your package, simply let me know.

*Please note, the following actions taken by you on the receiving end voids insurance through USPS: package intercept, re-routing a package to a different address or waiving the electronic signature. Additionally, refunds are not possible for this service.
