Return & Exchange Policies

I gladly accept returns & exchanges for most items in the shop.*

 

Returns

To return an item, contact me within 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within 21 days of delivery. Carefully package up items & return in original packaging when possible. Please opt to track & insure your package for safe delivery. Once your item has been received, I will notify you & issue a refund within 24 hours. If a returned item arrives damaged, an appropriate repair fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, contact me within 14 days of delivery & let me know what you would like instead. You may exchange your item for anything currently available on my website. Ship items back within 21 days of delivery. Carefully package up items & return in original packaging when possible. Please opt to track & insure your package for safe delivery. Once your item has been received, I will ship your exchanged item & will notify you with the tracking information. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Repairs & Ring Resizing

I take on repairs & resizing as my design schedule allows. I only repair/resize the jewelry which I have designed. Please contact me to discuss your repair needs.

Gifts

Please reach out to me if you are purchasing items to give as gifts in the near future. I am happy to extend the exchange policy as needed to make it easy for you & your loved one to get exactly what they want. Let me know what your needs are when placing your order & I’ll be happy to work with you!


*The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Sale items. Items that are purchased at a discounted rate are considered final sale.

  • Custom designs. These are specially made items, tailored to meet the customer’s needs. This includes any listing in the ‘Custom Design’ section, along with any designs which I have been hired to create for a client. (Existing One of a Kind designs are not custom designs.)

  • Made to order items. These items are created once an order is placed & are made specially for the client (Typically gold rings). These designs will say ‘Made to Order” in the product description & will specify that they are exempt from return/exchange.

  • In-person purchases. All purchases at art shows, pop-ups & in-person events are considered final sale. I do not offer returns, exchanges, or price adjustments for these items.
