Chrysoprase is one of my favorite stones for the heart. It is full of gentle, healing energy that inspires awareness of past trauma & unhealthy patterns, to illuminate a heart-centered space for healing & growth. It is a wonderful tool to support & prioritize self-care & general wellness for mind-body-spirit, especially beneficial for empaths or caretakers. Seeing ourselves from a clear, unbiased perspective can be challenging, but the nurturing energy of Chrysoprase allows the truth to be seen through a loving lens.
